Demetrius Bazel Sr. was born July 2, 1978 to Joseph Bazel & Antoinette (Branch) Bazel. He was educated in the Cincinnati Public School system; last school attending was Hughes High School. Demetrius also known as “Draws” loved family and you could ALWAYS catch him with a smile on his face. Demetrius loved spending time with his mother Antoinette, and outside of her, his little brother Jeno and nephew Bruce (Boo). The three of them together were like the 3 Amigos, you saw one you saw them all. One thing that everyone should know about Demetrius is he was coming wherever the food was, if you called and said you were cooking he was on his way (lol). Demetrius was a joy to be around and we will always remember the times we shared with him.

Demetrius was preceded in death by his father, Joseph Bazel Sr; Grandmothers Elizabeth Louise Turnbow and Anna Bazel; Uncle Theodore Bazel, and Aunt Betty Kershaw. 

Demetrius leaves to cherish his memory: mother Antoinette Bazel; three daughters Dimitir Bazel, Dimitiron Bazel, and Ja’Mya Bazel; two sons Demetrius Bazel Jr. and Adrian Joseph Bazel; five brothers Rodney Branch, Lorenzo Branch, Joseph Bazel Jr, Donnie Sherwin-Watkins, Antwan “Jeno” Bazel; three sisters Felecia Kershaw, Sheronda Branch, and Tonya Hill; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
