Denise Hutchinson Rowe was born in West Point Georgia to Clara Penn and Sandy Atkinson Jr. on April 23, 1957. She departed this earthly life, Monday, June 13, 2016 at her residence.
Denise was of the Baptist faith. She was a product of the Troup County, GA Public School System.
Denise was employed as a supervisor with West Point Stevens, before her retirement, with over 30 years of service. She enjoyed traveling, collecting stuffed bears, and spoiling and loving the babies.
Denise is preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Clara and Lewis (Peter) Penn; father, Sandy Atkinson Jr.; daughter: Jacquette M. Reese; grandmother, Willie L. Cotton; brother, Allan C. Cotton; niece, Renesia M. Brady; nephew, Mario F. Ross.
Denise was united in Holy Wedlock to Arthur J. Rowe on April 20, 2007; they have been devoted to each other for 17 years.
