All that Denise taught me still continues to be with me; I often reflect on the thought that she had about wanting the animals to benefit from Jehovah’s blessings too.

The love that she showed to those who knew her was extraordinary. As we daily move closer to Jehovah’s wonderful purposes, Randy, may you feel His love for you and your family, including the critters.

I have not forgotten all that this very precious person has taught me. What love she showed to her family, friends and pets. Her legacy continues today in the love she showed for our Heavenly Father, Jehovah and His creation. Yesterday, in service, I was able to share with a sister how her husband, Randy, shared with Denise the timely articles on the beautiful resurrection hope that God promises, thus encouraging this sister to share with her brother how Jehovah so tenderly cares for us. Also, in my pet sitting, what I learned from Denise remains with me. I have enjoyed sharing the her loving example with others.

I met Denise in the spring of 2004 at a service meeting. We had other things in common; that we had lived in Virginia and also loved animals. She taught me much and I will always treasure working with her in Puppy Paradise. She cared for my pets as well, and visited me here in Florida when Gail lived here. I always remember her encouragement to me; my different way of walking did not matter to her. She saw my heart first. Her love for God, her family and her pet family remains with me.

We will always remember what a dear sweet sister Denise was. Denise always with her big happy smile and even bigger heart she was always a ton of fun out on service to be with and such a loving sister to be around. We know that Jehovah will keep her in his memory and that we will see her again soon in Paradise.

Denise and I met at an Assembly in Grantville, PA. She and I became friends right away! As if we had always known each other. She made everyone feel that way. Her smile and laugh still echo in my mind. A dear sweet friend that taught me so much and always understood how I felt. I will always remember our fun times in the ministry, our walks together and working at Puppy Paradise! My thoughts and prayers are with her family, friends and fur babies.

Denise was a very kind, hard working woman who took incredible care of my little dog for four years. My heart breaks to know that her life was cut so short, and my heart grieves for her family. I'm sorry I don't have any pictures, but I have four years of wonderful memories. She will be deeply missed my family and I.

Oh Nisey, How you will be missed! You were such a part of my teens and twenties, you were our adopted older sister. So MANY memories. From Wardensville to Winchester to Stephens City...we went together. You taught Wendy how to drive stick-shift, what patience! I loved working summers at Puppy Paradise and our family building the float for the parade. Countless meetings and field service and picnics. I remember getting a new dress I was so proud of, and you walked into the meeting and sat down next to me in the same dress. :) My graduation trip to Texas to visit your friends was definitely memorble to say the least. So many sleepovers and dog walks in the field. Having to wash the dogs down when we got back because they rolled in the cow poop! You were my first kindred spirit - a true animal lover. They say animals and children are good judges of character and you were always a hit with both. What an impact you had on my life. Although Randy stole you away (I knew you'd be in good hands) you were the type of friend that we'd just pick up where we left off. I can never wear the color yellow without thinking of you. You were so full of life and love and sunshine. I'm so proud of you fighting as hard as you could. Now your fight is over, you're resting in peace and soon Jehovah will call. Then we can play with the big animals - the lions, tigers, elephants, giraffes. I love you and miss you so much!!!

We didn’t do a lot together, but what we did do, we did with and for Jehovah. Service, chats after meetings, chats after memorial, chatting about our love of all animals. You are a dear sister and I look forward to spending many hours with you in Jehovah’s new world. We will spend tons of time with all Jehovah’s animals. Can’t wait to see you again.

My heart goes out to the family and friends of this very dear lady, my friend and confidant, Denise. Such a gentle heart, closely guarded by a quiet, strong exterior. She was there to help if asked,but never asked for help,never said an unkind word to anyone, full of energy and ideas, and so much fun! I'll miss our hikes, I'll miss her love of swimming, even in the winter, her pets and her love for them, I'll miss her love for my boys ( dogs) and always hold close the memory of the day she went with us to the shelter to get them. I'll miss her loyalty, her smile, her sincerity, but most of all the walks we shared and the deep heartfelt talks. There is an emptiness where she once was that won't ever be filled, until we see each other again, until then, she is so missed and so loved. An awesome individual!

Sometimes life draws those we come to know and love by chance. I met you way back in 2002 you took care of our dogs, we took long walks, hung out, cried together, laughed together, made fun of Randy and Kevin when they were not looking. I will never forget the couch stories and the fun we had together. Only regret, never being able to say good bye. Was not meant to be cause next time I see you it will be with a hug hello and no masks....
