Denise,
I remember you always smiled with your eyes, loved chocolate, but it didn’t agree with you, and were always down to earth. I loved your sweet April you brought to this family and world. How very brave to leave first. How hard it is on your mother, daughter and sisters, you’ve left behind. I know this pain, and feel the weight of sadness for and with your family. Take care of them from the other side as you adjust to no longer being a spiritual being, having a human experience. I hope you gathered all the best memories and have them with you! You are so loved; it’s the only thing that matters. Heaven needed its angel back.

My heart is full of love and sorrow for the loss of Denise. I met this wonderful family over 30 years ago and they became my family. I used to think of the three sisters as Mary's Beautiful Trio. The most important thing in life is to love and be loved and Denise certainly was loved. I wish her blessings on her journey and comfort and peace to those she left behind. Much Love Always.

Denise you are gone way to soon. You are so loved by all who knew you. I asked the universe to send light and love to all who love you and are missing you. I will always remember your amazing laughter.

Denise, I cannot deny that now that I am without you, I not only feel deprived of my sweet middle sister, but I feel I have a hole inside myself, that was you. We shared 58 years of love, pain, secrets, and regular "I love you more" texts. Right now your death is a vast canyon I cannot even begin to see across.
I know eventually, this loss will lesson. That love and fond and silly memories will push out the pain. But Sis, right now I am fountain of "I miss you tears", and my only source of consolation is knowing we are connected by spirit forever and ever. I love you Sis~

Just listening to the beautiful songs you choose to share with the pictures of Denise and her family. She is loved and she loved you all. What a beautiful tribute to her. My heartfelt condolences to her family, Mary, Diane, Dorain and all who loved here. Celebrating her presence and love with you all.

Denise, my daughter..... you left before I could say goodbye. We were all looking forward to your move to Hemet. You were happy and excited to live close to your family. You and I were at peace with each other and looking forward to a new adventure together. I am so sad that you had to leave so soon. I will always miss you. I like to think that Norton was waiting to walk you through the Pearly Gates with a smile and a joke to welcome you. You visited Norton at the cemetery each Fathers Day, and last year, you took your sisters with you...A memory that you all can cherish.
A mother should leave before her child. Who do I watch survivor with? Who do I text goodnight to? Who do we say "I love you more" to? I will miss you always until we are together again. I love you until the ends of the earth. Mom

I also remember the time when we ran in to Dr Dre at tower records on sunset and when you took me to Denzel Washington’s sons birthday party. I know there are many other great memories that we have. It’s so hard to write something about your sister who you love so much who is suddenly gone. She meant so much to me. These last 10 years I’ve been very involved in her care and I wouldn’t have missed a moment of it. Denise liked it when we got together because we would always laugh about one thing or another. She was my big sister, my confidant, my friend. What I didn’t know until very recently was her love of God. She explained to me how her neighbor once asked her and April to go to church with them and how she felt the presence of God that day and always believed in him since. She went on to tell me how she would often talk to Him in her room just right out loud and how He was always there with her. I know where she is and who she’s with today and I look forward to the day I get to see her again. Here on earth I will always miss her and think of her. It brings me so much comfort to know that she was in a great place in her life and looking forward to moving to a new assisted living.
