Happy Birthday old friend . Going fishing this week . Wish you could be with me . Well , hell , you just might !

Uncle Denny and Maryann have made a lasting impression on my life. Besides being best friends to my furry girls, you two helped me landscape my backyard. You would not let me compensate you for all the work you two did and I got the most beautiful paradise that I still talk about to this day. Denny designed the whole thing and I so enjoyed the time we spent together getting all the plants.

Another memory is when Denny told me about a man who asked him for money. Denny said he went to pull money out of his pocket and stopped and said, "Buddy, I pick up dog poop for a living. Go get a job." That was the best!

And the best for last, Denny never told me this, but he loved the Japanese pickled onion I kept in the fridge. I noticed the onions were disappearing regularly and living on my own, I couldn't figure out where they were going. So, I kept replacing the jar and they kept disappearing. I knew after awhile it was Denny. Miss him much. Thank you for such wonderful memories!

Dennis, Uncle Denny, is missed by human and critters alike. Rest in Peace and love.

It's been four years since you've left us Denny . Wish you were here now to enjoy fishing with me , Sometimes I feel that you are there . Next time send some fish my way . Miss ya Denny !!! No man ever had a better friend . Til we meet again .

Maryann, Thank you for posting this reminder of how special Denny was to all of us.  Think of you both often. Prayers and hugs.

I still think of Dennis whenever I drive past Rose Hills. He certainly is a person I will never forget. Thinking of you Maryann especially at this time.

Denny, You were a big part of our lives for many years. I knew I could always count on you and Maryann to take great care of our fur babies. Ren and Molly adored you and looked forward to your daily visits. You were a very kind man and I will always be grateful for your tender care of the dogs.

It's been a long year and one spent missing you. Daymienne and I do miss you and I am helping her keep her memories of you by talking about things you did. You were her only "Papa" and are missed deeply.

When our dad died when I was only 14 years old, you stepped up and took the role of not only being my big brother, but also my dad. You helped me through the difficult adolescent years and early adulthood. Our father would be proud of you on how you took over and helped to finish raising his youngest son.

It's been a year since you left this life but you have left so much behind that can never be forgotten . I sit here with tears in my eyes and a smile on my face just thinking of how fortunate I am to have a friend such as you . Til we meet again my friend !! Til we meet again !!!

We have no pictures to post, but have great memories of Uncle Denny. Weazer and Josie loved their walks. Munchkin, Little Bear, and Sojourn loved to greet Denny when he visited our home. I don't drive by Rose Hills without mentally saying "hi" to Uncle Denny. RIP Good Man.

Today is your 64th birthday . I remember your 21st birthday like it was yesterday. A friend forever my friend .Always on my mind .

Christmas 2012 - It has almost been 6 months since you left us. You are so missed. Andie and I survived Christmas without you but we know you were here in spirit. We love and miss you more then words can express.

Denny is my big brother, who was never ashamed to have his little sisters tag along behind him, who was always there for us, who taught us the importance of family loyalty, and who loved us. He sacrificed for us in more ways than I could count. A big part of me is gone, now. I miss him so much. I love you, Denny.

We miss you very much. Daymienne & I often remember her "Papa" and we will talk about a fond memory.
She has made him something special and also has a small flag that she has set aside to bring up to place on his grave. She says "Papa will love this". He will forever be in our heart.

This page alone is testiment to the legacy he has left behind. Denny was a kind and gentle man. I'm blessed that he was in my life for a "reason, season and lifetime".  God Bless Denny.

Denny was the best friend I ever had. I could go on all day just telling the experiencs we shared together ,and the same amount of time on things I can't tell you. Without him I would have never have met Sue and God only knows where my life would have ended up.Whenever you needed anything he was there.

Dennis was more than a brother-in-law to me. He was an example, role model, guide, and friend. He was my girl's surrogate Deem grandfather, my backup for talking some sense into his brother (Dennis was always a sensible and practical guy!), and a great example of being loving to your spouse. I will miss him and remember him fondly every single day.

I miss and love you very much Dennis. I am creating this page so people can visit, leave comments and keep your memories alive for us all. Dennis was loved by many, and knowing him you know he was easy to love. I thank everyone in advance for your love, comments and contributions to these pages.

When we were kids, Susan and I slept in one twin bed, and Denny slept in the other. Denny asked us to turn on the light. We found Denny's head stuck between the bars of the headboard of the bed. Sue got on one side, and I got on the other, and we started pulling and he started screaming "My EARS, my EARS!" after a lot of work, stuffing his ears between the bars, we freed him.
