I remember one of my visits on Lantana drive.  Jay and Derek were justs tots.  Being a Michigan native, I got a kick out of hearing the wang-tang of Alabama youngsters.  So we made up a game; J & Deek -  I will say a sentence and each one of you take turns repeating my sentence back to me.  Oh the belly laughs, we played that game for hours.  We had so many fun times, just one I remember fondly.  I love you Derek Anthony,  Aunt Diane 

Peggy, David and Jay,  I will continue to pray for  you all  and your entire family.  I am so heart broken and know that nothing but prayer and our belief in the almighty will help this pain.  I will continue to live my life so that I will see Derek again in heaven.  If there is anything that I can do to help you all during these sad time, please let me know.  I will never forget the first time I meet Derek.  He was so cute and I just loved his red hair and hazel eyes. He was no more than 8 or 9 years old.   He was always so polite and very quiet.  You and your entire family were the shinning stars to our family when we move here over 29 years ago.  You always treated us like family.  Derek was always with Jay when they came over to our home, and they were the perfect kids.  I love you guys and wish that I could take your pain away.  However, I know I can not so I will pray, pray, and pray without ceasing for all.  Prayer is our key.  Lets get ready to meet all of our love ones one day.  Oh what a time we will have.  I love you all.  Take care.
