Derek C. David of Savannah, GA formerly of Columbus, transitioned Friday, December 5, 2014 in Savannah at the age of 46.

Derek will be laid to rest at Green Acres Cemetery on Friday, December 12, 2014 after a Two O'Clock P.M. Homegoing Celebration at the Chapel of Progressive Funeral Home, Inc. officiated by his brother, Rev. Michael T. David, Sr.

Visitation 2:00 til 5:00 P.M. today at the funeral home followed by a Family Hour 5:00 til 6:00 P.M.

The cortege will depart from 3719 Montrose Drive Friday at 1:30 P.M.
