SERVICE INFORMATION:The visitation will be from 9:30 – 11:00 AM Wednesday October 23, 2019 at St Patrick Church, 3285 Mills Rd, Taylor Mill, Ky. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM following the visitation. Burial will take place in St. Joseph Cemetery, 1307 Johns Hill Rd, Wilder, Ky.
OBITUARY
Derrick J Arlinghaus, 25, of Walton, Ky passed away on Wednesday October 16, 2019. He was born on July 29, 1994.
Derrick was the beloved son of Anthony (Jennifer) Arlinghaus, Demossville, Carol (Pedro) Arlinghaus, Elsmere; Paternal grandparents Michael and Diane Arlinghaus, Richwood; Maternal grandparents Myrtle Davidson, Florence and the late Jack Davidson; Maternal grandfather Butch Campbell, Covington; Brother Anthony Scott (Samantha) Arlinghaus, Demossville; Sisters Brittany Arlinghaus, Crittenden, Courtney (Alex) Arlinghaus, Independence, Jeanna Long, Independence; 3 nephews, 2 nieces and several Aunts and Uncles.
Derrick received his welding certificate through Northern Kentucky Home Builder Association. He was employed as a welder at Esco. Derrick was also a painter with his father at Arlinghaus Painting and his Uncle Jeff at Baker Painting. Derrick enjoyed skeet shooting, fishing, camping, and the outdoors.
