My heart is forever saddened that you are gone too soon.  But I rejoice that you are playing your music with the Angels.  I remember babysitting you as a little boy.  You were so sweet and quiet, so well behaved.  I will always check on your mom as such a big part of her heart is broken.  RIL Devan

I loved you like a son. It has been over 3 months and I’m just now able to speak about you in public without crying. I prayed and said I had to be strong to share my memories of you. Dude, we had a great friendship/familyship. I could see in your eyes that my opinion meant so much to you whenever I would advise you about life. I feel like you were still trying to figure life out. We were praying you would go in the military like Deidre. I remember when you were born. You were a long baby. I now wish you would have had a child ,so me and Landa could rotate baby sitting. We will keep your memories alive. Also, you trained Bella well because she will not go in your studio room. She sit at the door and wait until I come out.  We think and talk about you everyday. I will miss you forever. 

Devan you will always be a part of me. I think about you everyday, you are forever in my heart. God blessed me with 2 beautiful children and I did not know Hewould take one back so soon.
