This memorial website was created in memory of our loving son, Devin Earl Bell 20 years old , born on July 29, 1998 and passed away on November 29, 2018. We will remember him forever. Devin passed away to senseless gun violence. Devin would have done anything for anyone, never met a stranger was kind to all and loved by all who knew him.
