DeVonte was one of the most selfless people I've ever met. he always knew how to make everybody smile. I've known DeVonte since we were really little. Church Camp and Hell House will always be one of my favorite memories with him. I've been doing Hell House since I was 14 years old, and every year me and DeVonte were in the same scene. he used to tell my mom all the time that he was gonna marry me lol him and tyler slept on my couch one time and I've never heard anyone snore as loud as DeVonte hahaha! I miss you buddy! we'll meet again one day! ❤️❤️

I miss you bub every day I wave to the sky because I feel that your still with everyone. We have our own memories and my favorite is when you almost crapped your pants in my truck. Me and Tyler laughed all day about that and the smell finally left. You taught me how to live and I'll be lucky if I ever turn into the young man you were. You've encouraged me in so many ways. I miss you man. I'll keep waving and I'll pray that you wave back.. Love you bub!

The best memory that I have with you is driving in the car I don't remember where we were going but you and Hayden were talking about things and started a laughing war and I have never laughed so hard in my life. I love watching that video over and over. I keeps my memory's going. I love you and miss you very much. Just wish I could hear your laugh one more time. Love you DeVonte. I'll see you again.

He was a big brother to me he was always there for me when I needed him the most. Me DeVonte and Tyler all would hang out and we always had so much fun. DeVonte always knew what to say in bad times and knew how to make someone smile. Everyday I miss you more and more and I still can't believe that this is real, but its okay because we will all see you again someday. I love you lots fly high bub, gone but never forgotten. 04.03.16

Even tho I didn't know Devonte very much. He was awesome. I met him once at my cousins house. He told me his nickname was milk duds. He was so funny. I wish that I got to know him better. I'm glad he is not suffering in heaven. RIP Devonte

I think my favorite moment was when we was doing Hellhouse and my dad had put rebel flags on his truck for the scene and DeVonte asked if my dad was racist and I said no and proceeded to tell him about how it was heritage for my dad and he said well I'm racist and someone eles said but your black and he goes what I am black why did not one ever tell me. Then we all were laughing. I am going to miss that humor fly high bubba
