Dewey passed away peacefully Wednesday, April 3, 2019. Born February 27,1961 in Gloversville, New York. He was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Dewey Clyde Van Scoy II & JoAnn Jewel Van Scoy. He proudly served in the Army National Guard.
He leaves to cherish his memories: His Children: Dewey C. Van Scoy III, Daniel L. Van Scoy, April A. Van Scoy, Aaron J. Van Scoy. Destiny N. Van Scoy, & Michael Day.
His Grandchildren: Abigail A. Van Scoy, Elizabeth (Lizzy) Van Scoy, Daniel L. Murray, Jeremiah G. Van Scoy, Sophia J. Van Scoy, Ava R. Van Scoy, Jordan R, Collett, Hunter L. Collett.

Dad I love you and miss u every minute ever second we allwas together haveing a blast u where the best dad anybody could ever ask for u allway there for me when I need u the most u where allway there at the right there only a phone call away to give me advice and talk me thru anything I listen to ur advice and I I took it in and and later on in life ur advice some soon some later what u said would happen to me in life and what u said to me I would think about what u said and use it and don't u know it help me right Thu the problem I love and miss you I am going to make you proud of me I wish you where still here I lost the only on I could call when I need them no mater what you would be there no mater what Love always I love you and miss you every day I thank about you all the time love always Daniel van scoy
