This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Diane Phillips 63 years old , born on April 29, 1955 and passed away on January 23, 2019. We will remember her forever.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday January 30,2019 at 1:00pm at Harvest Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.

Diana Gayle Phillips born on 4/29/55 in Homer, Louisiana. Departed this world 1/23/19. She was preceded in death by her mother Dorothy Copes, father TC Phillips, brother Jeffery Phillips & sister Pamela Phillips. She grew up in Dayton & graduated from Dunbar HS. Where she went on to be a hairdresser for 44yrs. She leaves to cherish her memory 3 sisters.... Vanessa (Steven) Young, Deborah Phillips both of Dayton,Oh & Natasha Phillips of Dallas,Tx. 4 brothers...Ronnie Phillips of Shreveport, Louisiana, Tommy, Benny & Darrell Phillips, all from Dallas, Texas. 3 children...Ryant, Nikki & Sammie Phillips. 11 grandchildren...Michael, Jonathan, Jeremire, Natia, Ryant Jr, James Jr, Ryelle, JaCole, Johnia, Tishala & Sammie Jr. 7 great grandchildren & numerous nieces, nephews, cousins & friends. Long-time friend Ms.Geraldine Starks.

I had to go do your final viewing to make sure everything was to my liking & I must say THEY DID A GOOD JOB. You looked exactly like yourself, my beautiful mother. Thank you for passing those good genes on girl. JaCole & I know exactly how we'll look when we get old..lol. I wish you would've had another daughter so we could split taking care of your son's. They gone drive me to the crazy house. All 3 of your kids bipolar, how did you manage to give birth to 3 Aquarians? My humor is getting me through this but I wonder is it going to help me hold it together today!!

although we weren't as close as of late, i  fondly remember the times i came over and hung with u near The DeSota Bass listening to Al Green records and u trying to teach me some new dance moves. Ms. Diane, u will be dearly missed by many including myself. RIH.
