This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Dith Pran, 65, born on September 27, 1942 and passed away on March 30, 2008. We will remember him forever.Dith Pran was an amazing journalist who was willing to risk his life to report the truth about the atrocities that took place in Cambodia during the Vietnam War. He will always be remembered as a hero by those who valued the great lengths he went to, honored by his future generations, and seen as a brother to his dearest friend to Sydney Schanberg.
