A life changing turning point in my life was the moment I met Don. We shared life together for a while, brought a wonderful daughter and a son into this world. Even after we went our separate ways, we remained the same in our friendship. You are forever in my heart. May the Lord Bless and Keep you and shine his light upon your path.

"Donnie"

Don was born in Roanoke, VA July 2, 1950.  After his service in the Navy, Don moved to Lake County, FL in the 1970's. He studied at Lake Sumter C.C. he successfully graduated and began his career as a Building Contractor as well as opening his own Building Supply Store in Mt. Dora, FL. Don enjoyed training wild Stallions and showing his Arabians.  Reading the Bible was his inspiration for much of the poetry he loved writing.  Hanging out with his family and playing his electric guitar always made him smile. Don was unique to everyone that knew him.
