Mr. Osborn was born on Monday, April 5, 1954, in Indianapolis, Indiana, the son of the late Laura Kathleen Daily and Odell Osborn. He had been employed with the City of West Point for 22 years, loved his job and the people he worked with. Some of his happiest times were spent riding his Harley. His family meant everything to him. Mr. Osborn was Roman Catholic.

Survivors include his wife of 40 years, Iva Lou Osborn; his daughters, Christy (Patrick) Drakes of Aberdeen, Maryland and Jackie (Richard) Robertson of West Point; his grandchildren, Havon Morris, Jasmine Drakes, T. K. Drakes, Kacey Robertson and Ricky Robertson; his great grandchildren, Makaya Robertson and Conner Simpson; his sisters, Brenda (Tommy) Hill of Valley, Belinda Black of Texas, Adell Osborn of Wisconsin and Denise Saxon of West Point; his brothers, Tommy Osborn of Lanett and Charles Stout of West Point; 15 nieces and nephews, 33 great nieces and nephews and 17 great great nieces and nephews.
