A tear falls

July 19, 2020
Yes there is not enough tears to fall when I think of the lose of my mother, however with that I  know how she would react and stop them by giving me advice that I remember and carry on today. I am comforted with that someday I will meet her again.
To those that remember her she will be smiling down on you.

My Mums love for her grandchildren

July 19, 2019

To her grandchildren maybe you have forgotten all the times  for walks she took you on when you were babies, teaching you how to love books because she would be reading to you stories. Of the times she helped you out when those little and sometimes troubles occurred in your life. Your grandparents were not rich by any means but when necessary they would empty their pockets for you . Years pass by and life goes on way to fast  for you will know this as you approach old age. If there is a spirit world of any kind she will be watching you with love.

I miss her

CYMRU AM BYTH

July 31, 2012

Aunt Dora was born in Wales and the love for her county never left her. Any one who knows Wales, recognises their love for music, laughter and heretige. Dora always had the ability to charm any of her associates and people she came in contact with, when she entered a room in her Assisted living the people would remark "here comes our smiling Welsh Lady" As a child she would often take me and her son David for rides in "the pram" having people coment on her lovely twins, Ha! Ha! This is a story she would tell me herself. Always full of life, she brightened peoples lives, always ready to help those who needed it. She was lucky in many ways not only for herself but for others also. Aunt Dora was very talented, probably taught by grandma Brown (her mother, my great grandmother) she could whip up anything on her sewing machine. She made my first blouses when I went to Hengoed school for girls. Her creativity did not stop there, she had a way of putting a house together to attract many buyers and was successful in buying and selling same.Aunt Dora never shyed away from any task and put herself into all endeavors. She will never leave me and whenever I need council I shall sit quietely and think what she might do. Trudy her daughter, my second cousin has inherited her compasion and courage, and grace, I am so proud of her and want her to know I will try to be near if she ever needs me. To David, his family and Trudy's family, I send my love and condolenses on your loss.  Anna x x x
