I think it was the 27th of September. Thursday night after bingo. I had an issue with a customer being rude and was complaining saying I was not going to be nice to her anymore or save her seat. The last words Mom said to me in the VFW parking lot, while looking me in my eyes was " Patti Ann, sometimes you just have to let things go. " When I think about that I remember the Lords Prayer. I`m not sure I`ll ever have the wisdom to know the difference! It`s not easy to have the courage to change the things I might have been able to or the Serenity to accept the things I can`t !
