Mrs. Tomlin was born Friday, April 1, 1927, in Dale County, Alabama, the daughter of the late Ernest Cleaveland and Roxy Macneal Harrison. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lanett where she was active in her church work. Mrs. Tomlin served as a Den Mother with the Cub Scouts for 10 years and was a member of Senior Citizen’s, Alabama Olympics. Mrs. Tomlin retired from Lanett Mill, West Point Stevens after 30 years of service.

Survivors include her sons, Larry (Marianna) Tomlin of West Point and Ricky Tomlin of Lanett; her grandchildren, Tina Addison, Jonathan Tomlin and Patrick Tomlin; 6 great grandchildren; and her sisters, Eloise Hunter of Columbia, Alabama, Imogene Patterson of Mobile and Katherine Langford of Gordon, Alabama. Mrs. Tomlin was preceded in death by her husband Edwin Tomlin and her brother Hubert Harrison.
