I met Dorothy at Sylvan Beach when I visited her sister (my Sis), Arlene. She reminded me of a fireball! She told it like it was with very few filters and truly loved life. But she was a caring, loving Sister, Wife, Mother, Grandmother, and Aunt. She made me feel part of the family. I will miss her smile. Dorothy, thank you for all you did for all of us. May you rest in the arms of God in peace eternally.

In every family, large or small, there is always that one person. Dorothy was yours. She was your joy. Believe this and know that her time here was well spent." Rise and shine and give glory to God" She was right.

While we mourn the loss of our dear, dear Dorothy, others are rejoicing to meet her behind the veil. Dorothy is once again reunited with the people she has missed for so long.

A part of us went with her, but a part of Dorothy stayed with each of us.
