Dorothy Lorene Edwards Butler, 72, of Valley, Alabama passed away Thursday, June 16, 2016, in Columbus, Georgia.
Funeral services will be held Monday, June 19, 2016, at 11:00 AM EDT from Roper heights Baptist Church. Reverend Aaron McCullough will officiate. Interment will be in Johnson Memorial Gardens.
The family will greet friends Sunday evening from 6:00 PM EDT until 8:00 PM EDT at McCarthy Funeral Home.

I am so sorry to hear about Mrs. Dorothy. I loved when she came to visit me in Albany, GA with my granny Gloria Morgan. She will be missed so much, but I know she is in a better place with her best friend. I love you you all and will be praying for the family.
