Dorothy Parks was born June 22, 1932 to the late Charlie and Eddie B Parks in Pike County Georgia. She moved to Atlanta, Georgia at a early age and was educated in the Atlanta Public School system. Dorothy worked at Cagle's Poultry for 25 years. At an early age, She accepted Christ and was a faithful member of the New Jerusalem Baptist church under the leadership of Rev. B.J Johnson and now under Dr. Howard R. Beckham. Dorothy was the president of the number one usher board ,and a member of the Mother board and Missionary Board where she feed the homeless in the church community. She married the late Robert Wimbush. And also her first husband Louis Schley. Dorothy leaves to mourn; Norman ( Cheryl ) Parks, Emory ( Flo ) Parks, Dorothy (George) Williams, Louis Schley Jr , Charlie ( Robyn) Schley, David Schley , Joseph and Grady Longino. 14 grandchildren, and 16 Great-grandchildren..
