His Life
May 23, 2011

Roy Douglas Bradley was born July 29, 1957 in Wiesbaden, Germany to Elisabeth (Ellen) and Cy Elliott Bradley.  When he was 10 years old, he and his family moved to DeLand, FL.  Roy Douglas attended George Marks School, Southwestern Junior High and graduated from DeLand High School in 1975. He earned a two-year Electronics Certificate from Daytona Beach Community College in 1979.  From there, his jobs took him to Houston, Dallas, Austin and San Diego as a Microchip Layout Designer.  Roy was preceded in death by his father, Cy Elliott Bradley (1902-1975).

Doug & his wife of nearly 20 years, Geri White, moved to Austin, TX in 2007. Roy (or Doug as he was know to many family members and friends) will be fondly remembered by his wife, Geri, his mother, Ellen Bradley, his brother, Ron Bradley/wife Diann, nieces Sierra, Savannah, Summer & family in Wiesbaden, Germany.

Many good memories of Doug remain with Geri's sibling and their spouses, Jack & Evelyn White, Jim & Gale White, Helen & Jerry Nerviano, Joan & Vince Nerviano, Jean & David Rogers and Bill & Karen White, along with nieces, nephews and Godchildren, Sierra, Gina and Andrew.

He loved life and took every opportunity to live it to its fullest and lighten it with laughter.
