This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Douglas Foltz, 47, who passed away on October 15, 2016. We will remember him forever.

Born June 12, 1969 in Champagne, IL he was the son of Norman G. and Lynne E. (Lamar) Foltz.  Doug attended Pioneer High School and graduated from Centennial High School in Champagne.  He enjoyed golf, loved sailing, was a car enthusiast and outdoorsman.  He was a long time member of the NRA and the Tri-County Sportsman’s Club.  He also loved to Travel and Maui had a special place in his heart.

He is survived by his father Norman Foltz (Jacqueline), his mother Lynne Hartman (G.W.); siblings Missy Hartman Jurzy (John), Keith Foltz, Mark Hartman and Natalie K. Foltz; one uncle Mr. and Mrs. Gary Foltz and three aunts, Sherrie Peterson, Mr and Mrs Joe Vanardi and Kay Malkiewicz; as well as numerous nieces nephews, cousins and extended family.
