She was born December 31, 1965 to Jimmy Ray Noe Sr. of Cawood Kentucky. And Pratica Ann Woodard Noe of Cawood. She was the oldest of 4 daughters born to that marriage. She was a loving mother of three kids. She married Micheal Leber at the age of 16, they had a son named him Micheal Wayne and then a daughter  Mary Ann and another son Anthony Dale.She was a great mother she loved all three her kids with all her heart. She was proceeded in death by mother. She had five grandkids they where so special to her. Her a mike where divorced. And she remarried Joesph Feck of Va. She was a loving Daughter and Sister. She had three living sisters Tammy June Creech of Bledsoe Ky. her a Tammy was very close they where always together. Jimmie Lois Burkhart of Jones Creek Ky. we loved each other very much we had some really great time. And i miss her so much. Buffy Lynn Tumblin of Calhoun Ga. Dad remarried when we very young to our step mom Darlean Messer Ambroes of Norfolk Va.and in that marriage we got 5 brothers. Milton Wayne Noe of Harlan Ky. Jimmy Ray Noe of Tenn. And Billy Joe Noe of Cawood Ky, And Christher Todd Noe of Cawood Ky. and Jeremy Noe of Calhoun Ga. She had been sick for a while. She had a stroke back n July of this year and placed in the nurseing home. After a while she was bed fast Tammy was there all the time feeding her and talking to her . She couldn't take to us but she understood. she will be missed and never forgotten. love you sis.
