Happy Birthday!
With all my love!!!!

As the first glance from the eyes of the beloved
was like a seed sown in the human heart
and the first kiss of our lips
was like a flower upon the branch of the Tree of Life,
so the union of us in marriage
was like the first fruit of the first flower of that seed.
I still love you as strongly and deeply as ever, you will always be "the love of my life!"

Laughter it what I most remember about Bill. I LOVED hearing that hardy laugh. A laugh that filled your heart and the room. That is what I will miss the most. Next is what he taught me about family and Love. I will miss you and will always love you.

It is early morning...our favorite time. Light is filtering through the sentinels of trees around me. I am sitting on the porch, next to your empty chair, with our dogs. I am contemplating the serenity and beauty around me and am completely captivated by my feelings, the wonderful memories of us together and how very much I miss you! I know I will discover you again, tucked away in the shadows of the trees, in the freshness of the flowers, in the hummingbirds at the feeder and in all of nature, that you loved and were so fascinated with...but for now...I feel like one of the Ravens flying over head, calling and searching ...for you. I know you will never leave me completely, because I will find you in everything around me, yet still I miss you here beside me, with your big fun loving energy, wit and imagination...mostly I miss being held in your arms and hearing you tell me, as you did, every morning..."you are the love of my life".
Nana,
I'm so sorry to hear about Bill. He was such a good man, and I am truly going to miss him.
Love,
Leanna
You know how much we loved him and always will.
You are part of my family. We've know him for many years, but this is part of life.
Try to be strong, cry if u need to cry, but remember God will always be with you, by your side and he will help you to get thru these moments of distress.

We have been away and was deeply saddened to hear of Bills death from Bob Stanhope.
Kathryn joins me in sending sincere condolences.
Such a great guy; such a long-time contributor; such a valued long distance friend.
As historian for the society of pelvic surgeons it is my responsibility to be sure we have an appropriate eulogy for him at the next meeting.
With warm regards, Dick and Kathryn
I’m saddened by our loss of a great fellow and a giving doctor.
I immediately thought of a conversation Bill and I had over our first dinner years ago.
After learning his exploits, I asked him: “Just how old are you?” He leaned closer to me, scanned the room, and said in a whisper:
“I’m 72, but I don’t want my body to hear.”
Quite a guy – and I wanted you to hear something light.
Our condolences. -- Bogert
To the entire Crisp clan,
I just wanted to write you all and tell you how much Bill meant to me.
He was always so good to visit with and share ideas. I also felt a sincerity in his interest in me and my business that went beyond a normal relationship.
I know you'll miss him.
With much heart felt love and admiration.

Val and I were saddened to hear of Bill's passing.
He was a pioneer in gynecological surgery in the SW , a great contributor to the academic aspects of the specialty and more importantly a very friendly and approachable man.
Val and I always very much enjoyed your company at Pelvic Surgeons meetings and he will be really missed by this society as he always offered sound advice and comment.
We send you our sincere sympathy and good wishes at this very sad time for you and your family.
