Dustin M. Lower, 47 years old, was born on January 16, 1976 in West Jefferson, OH and passed away on February 13, 2023 in Troy, OH. He is preceded in death by his mother, Constance Elliot and maternal grandparents, grandma and grandpa Clawson. Dustin is survived by his significant other, Casey Warren; his children, Dylan (Amiee Collett) Lower, Bryce Lower, Morgan Lower, and Jasper Pack; his grandson, Liam Collett; his sister, Danyl Martin; his father, Lewis (Patty) Lower and his companion and dog, Budroo; along with a host of other family and friends. Dustin enjoyed hiking, fishing, riding his bike and the outdoors. He will be remembered for being a lifelong Bengals fan WHO DEY and his favorite NASCAR driver was Tony Stewart. Dustin will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
