My Forever Friend

May 29, 2018

I guess I would have to say our friendship started out in the beginning meeting you at antique shows when you and Audrey were selling mostly jewelry and pottery. Then wouldn't you know it you both moved right down the street from me in Fairfield.  It seems like anytime I saw you, you would have a smile on your face and always had something good to say. When you needed help setting up for shows on Sundays I never complained  about you picking me up as early as 5:00 AM to travel to Burlington, or Lawrenceburg, or Maine Strauss in Kentucky.  Your love for meeting new people and buying and selling antiques definitely rubbed off on me. To this day I love going junking and creating jewelry to make people happy.  One special memory that will always be in my mind   Is, several years ago you wanted to go swing dancing to a band in Cincinnati. I don't think we ever left the dance floor, and you were having the time of your life.  You are truly missed and I will continue to have an empty place in my heart for you. Love you buddy,  Vicki
