Uncle Earl was my daddy's brother. They didn't always see eye to eye but they were close and loved each other. I remember my daddy getting on the telephone on Saturday mornings calling uncle Earl to talk about their gardens and cutting grass. My daddy would end the conversation with "I'll be out there later" meaning to Earls house. There are so many memories me and my sisters have of our Uncle. One thing we know is that he loved us and we loved him. We used to be excited when he, aunt Shirley, and cousin Katrina would stop by on Sunday's or holidays for my sisters chocolate cake. We still miss Uncle Earl and all the deceased members of our family
