Earlene Wheeler was born July 15, 1957 in Cleveland, Ohio, to Mrs. Betty Brown and William W. Brown, Jr.  She was educated in the Cleveland Public School system.  She lived in Cleveland for much of her life before moving to Dayton to take over that city.

Earlene leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Betty J. Brown; sister, Tina L. Smith (John); brothers, William ‘Moosie’ Brown, Marvin Brown, and Floyd T. Brown; three children, Stanley Brown, Alton ‘Jamod’ Brown, and Andre M. Wheeler; aunts, Mary ‘Chee Chee’ Brown and Loretta Sloan; 8 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Earlene loved her family and friends.  She loved to have fun, play cards, and talk mess.  She never met a stranger and always wanted to help people. Even if she did not have much to give, she gave her time.  She enjoyed being a nursing aid and was able to create meaningful relationships and help countless people through that line of work.

Earlene was preceded by her father, William Brown, Jr.; great grandmother, Ella White; grandmothers, Bessie Clark and Bessie Brown; grandfather, William Brown; uncles, Calvin ‘Pee Wee’ Clark, Douglas Brown, and Floyd Boonie Brown and other beloved family and friends.

Professional services entrusted to W.E. Lusain Funeral Home and Crematory.

I miss my sister so much. I miss talking to you and laughing with you. A big piece of my heart is missing and can never be replaced. Although you kept it moving, I know you were tired, so please, rest in peace. I love you. Your only sister Tina.
