This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Earnest Williams, 81 years old, born on June 29, 1940, and passed away on April 14, 2022. We will remember him forever.

I have worked with Mr. Williams daughter, Evangeline Reaves, for many years at DeKalb County, Ga. Health department. She is a great asset to our department and a good friend. I would like to extend our condolences form the Board of Health to Evangeline and her family. We are thinking of you during this time of sorrow.
