Mrs. Eccleve Ester Hardnett Price was born June 23, 1929 in Daviston, Alabama to the late George and Sal­lie Hardnett.

She confessed Christ at an early age and united with the Coga Hill United Methodist Church and served until her health failed her.

She was united into Holy Matrimony to the late Elliott Price and to this union there were fifteen (15) children born.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Elliott Price.
Two daughters: Needra Price and Marilyn Price. One
son, Terry L. Price. Both parents, George and Sallie
Hardnett. Four sisters: Sallie G. Robinson, Mahalie
Swints, Marie Robinson and Geraldine Hardnett. Four
brothers: George Hardnett, Eli Hardnett, James Earl
Hardnett and Michael Hardnett.

She leaves to cherish her memories: Children: Edward
(Anita) Price, Alexander City, AL; Charles Price, Rock­
ford, AL; Mae Ruth (Rev. Larry) White, Clarence Price,
Wardell (Cora) Price, Sandra (Rev. McClinton) Hall,
Kenny Price, Darryl Price, Paul (Sherry) Price, Paula
Jackson, all of Alexander City, AL; Randy Price, We­
tumpka, AL; Richard (Beverly) Price of Alexander City,
AL. Sisters-in-law: Mrs. Ollie Wyckoff, Birmingham, AL;
Virginia Price, Alexander City, AL; Cora (Early B) Col­
ey, Birmingham, AL; Dorothy Hardnett, Wadley, AL.
Twenty-six (26) grandchildren, twenty-three (23) great
grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews, cousins,
other families and friends.
