Dad, I've been thinking of you a lot lately. I can't believe it's been 8 years. I really wish you were here so you could see how Dakota is the spitting image of you, I think you'd get such a kick out it. Almost every conversation I have with him, reminds me of talking with you and it's comforting. Missing you! Love, Sharon

Bruce, wow 6 years already. I can still hear your laugh, in fact, I think Brett Aaron has your laugh. I was 9 years old when we first met. You were always so good to me when I was a kid. I have so many memories. Some of my favorites were going out to see you play in the band. Others were just hanging out, talking, spending family time. Another was laughing about how my Mom used to emphasize certain words.

Just wanted you to know that I'm thinking of you a little extra today, Dad. I know things weren't perfect but I honestly do have some awesome memories of you and on this day, I'm just going to choose to remember those. Also on this day, I make it a point to listen to some Neil Young. :-)
Xoxo - Sharon

May the road rise up to meet you, may the wind be ever at your back. May the sun shine warm upon your face and the rain fall softly on your fields. And until we meet again, may God hold you in the hollow of his hand. - Irish Blessing
