Edward Earl Buckner "LB" was born on December 30, 1945 to the late Otis and Sarah Buckner in Coosa County, Alabama.

Edward joined Marietta Baptist Church at an early age where he served faithfully until his health started to fell. Edward was faithful serving in the kitchen doing what he loved, cooking.

He departed this life on August 22,2016 at Russell Medical Center, Alexander City, Alabama.

He leaves to cherish his beloved wife Patricia Diane Buckner;
one son James Patrick Wilson (Christina) of Saginaw, Michigan;
six daughters Jacqueline Byrd of Louisville, Kentucky; Abbie
Buckner, Karen Holley (Kelley), Lizzie Grubbs (Trevor), Terissa
Powell (Quincy) and Santana Winters (Johnny) all of Alexander
City, Alabama; two brothers Willie Charles Buckner (Deloise) of
Saginaw, Michigan & Lewis Buckner of Detroit, Michigan.
Also two brothers Billy Joe Buckner and Dan Buckner; three
sisters Lorene Marbury, Sarah Mae Frazier, and Lucille Buckner all
deceased.
Two special nephews Chris Walker and Darryl Buckner of Alexander
City,Alabama. Twelve grand children and three great grand children,
a host of neices, nephews, cousins, and friends. He will be truely
missed.
