As a writer, I use words to paint a picture, like an artist with a brush and paint on canvas but somehow I just can't find the appropriate words to describe how much you have meant to me. In simple words you were like a father, a teacher,a moral inspiration, a mentor, a guide as I progressed into adulthood.
I know besides St. Joseph someone up there has helped my novel recently by having a newspaper article (google) "Schenectady man with multi-faceted career" and now a book review from this religious organization Now and at the Hour,the Voice of Providence written by Joseph Yekulis. I know Ed if you liked the book, you will love the movie when it ever comes out.

Dad,
God truly made you in his image. You taught us so much humility. I have not ever in my life found a man that was so loving and kind, a man that NEVER spoke bad of anyone. You were my savior in times of need and you know when that was, especially with 4 nutty brothers. Thanks for taking such good care of me and NEVER making me feel like a failure. Thanks for always being there during growing pains, having to heal any and all injuries. You were truly ONE OF A KIND. I just know your treasures in Heaven are abundant because you were truly a great servant to God. And I know that God said "Well done my good and faithful servant". I think about you each and everday. I miss talking to you everyday at lunch and I listen to your voicemails all the time to keep you always present. Thank you God for Blessing me with this wonderful man I called Dad.
