Edward E. Walden, 76, passed away peacefully, Saturday, January 12, 2019, surrounded by his loved ones. Born August 7, 1942 in Kenvir, Kentucky and proudly served in the United States Marine Corps. He was proceeded in death by his parents, Homer L. and Nellie R. Walden, sisters, Jewel Gilbert (Walden), Joyce Lewis (Walden), Sue Overholtz (Walden), Brothers, Charles and Ernie Walden, son-in-law Freddy Brightman, niece, Lisa Marie, and grandsons Joshua and Jacob Walden.

He is survived by sisters, Darlene Ashmore (Walden)(Don), Georgiann Walden, and brother Donald Walden, beloved children, Michael Edward (Cathy), Ronald (Debbie), Kay Brightman (Walden), Kimberly Donohoo (Walden) (Bill), Sandra Partin (Walden) (Mike), Christopher Walden, and Heather Hicks (Walden) (Michael), 12 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. 

Memorial Services will be held at Union Pentecostal Church, 1101 N. Union Road, Dayton, OH, 45417 on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, at 1:00 P.M. With Full Honor Military burial immediately following at 4400 W. Third St, Dayton, OH 45428 at 2:15 P.M.
