ForeverMissed

This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, Edward Radzik who was born on December 17, 1935 and passed away on June 4, 2007. We will remember him forever.

I know we are all feeling a little bit sad,
That we've lost our Grandpa, our friend and our dad
Together we have cried an ocean of tears
As we feel so empty and hold many fears

But Grandpa would want us to know he's in a good place
And that he watching us all with a smile on his face
As we have made him so proud, as proud as can be
That he has raised such a beautiful and special family

Although he has gone we will always be together
And his spirit will live on each one of us forever
When you look to the sky, look for the brightest star
As that will be Grandpa looking down on us from afar

Hi Grandpa,
I can't believe you have been gone for 8 years now. I wish you could see how much we have all accomplished over these years how much all your grandchildren have grown! We all miss you! I went to Florida to surprise Melissa for her 16th birthday! Sesa had an old voice-mail of you and nanny singing happy birthday Melissa years ago saved on her old answering machine. I was so good to hear your voice again! Every day on the way to Disney, at Disney and on the way home Jessica and I would see you flying around. Beautiful butterfly! Just please do us a favor and don't fly in front of the car next time while we are driving! You gave us a million heart attacks!!! Mom still has the napkin ball wrapped with rubber bands that we used play with every time i visited!! I remember when i would stay over you used to make us an ice cream sandwich in between two waffles :) I wish i had more common sense when i was younger. I wish i realized how bad everything was and how precious our time with you really was. I would give up anything to go back and spend more time with you. Tell you how much I love you. I talk you a lot at home. I hope you can hear me! If not then my neighbors might think I am crazy! Please watch over is grandpa. Watch over nanny, keep her safe and healthy! I love you! Always and forever in my heart!
Love,
Samantha

Happy Birthday Dad! Today would have been your 78th Birthday and you are supposed to be here celebrating with us. You left us too soon., We had more fishing to day, more slots to "stake out", and more one liners to throw around. I love and miss you more than words can ever express and I hope one day to be able to tell in person!

Hi to all,
I am so sorry to hear about Ed passing, I have such great memories of the old neighborhood in Hazlet, The Radziks were are neighbors and much more and they were very good friends of my parents. Sadly, most are gone from us here but never forgotten. So many good stories and great times i can still recall and smile.

It is so hard to believe that it's been 6 years. So many things have changed and I can only hope that you're watching over us and helping to keep us safe and healthy.

You left us for a better place 5 years ago today but the pain and emptiness will never go away. There's so many things I wish I said when you were here with us but I hoped that you knew by my actions that you were not only my hero but my guide and inspiration. I love you, I miss you, and please put a good word in for me when it's my time.

I can't believe its been five years already. It feels like yesterday. No amount of words or tears could ever explain how much I miss you. I wish everyday to see your face again or to hear your voice.

Happy Birthday. I wish I had one more chance to see you before you left so that I could tell you how lucky I was to have you for a father and that Iove you. I keep hoping its a bad dream and that I will wake up and you'll be here.

Happy Birthday Dad. I've often said that if I could be half the man you were I'd be a success. Everything I have to make a decesion I often ask myself "what would Dad do" and when I make my decesion or committment I don't give up until I've completed it. This is what you taught me; to work hard and to do the right and I will do this until the day I see you again!

Steak Bone

Shared by Michael Radzik on June 4, 2012

No one could eat a steak like my father.  When he was done there wasn't a stick of meat to be found; what's interesting is that he'd always have his eyes closed whenver he had the steak bone in his mouth....how did he know what was left on it?

Screws, nuts and bolts

Shared by Mike Radzik on June 4, 2011

I remember sitting at the kitchen table or on the floor with hundreds of screws, nuts, and bolts that my Dad "collected" . Most people collect antiques, baseball cards, coins, or even rocks. Hmmm....could it be that he was Polish?
