we knew so little that morning,that god would call your name,in life we loved you dearly,in death we do the same.it broke our hearts to lose you,you did not go alone,for parts of us were with you,the day god called you home.you left us beautiful memories,your love is still our guide,and though we cannot see you,you are always by our side,Our family chain is broken,and nothing seems the same,but as god calls us one by one,the chain will link again <3

Hi grandad last night Matthew lost his grandad,it's a nice thought to imagine you both up their having a chat and becoming soul friends, I miss u dearly and would give anything to have u back, we brought a new puppy the other week and today when I went into the kitchen it smelt like ur kitchen when u had Elliot, it was a mad flash back to him being under the work top :) love u always xxxxxxxxx

Today started with a lovely story of Matthew telling me how he met you in his dream, you made him a beautiful fishing box and I spent the whole time telling you off for shaving ur beard off!! He has gone fishing with eddy so hopefully you bring him some luck :) love and miss you grandad xxxxxxx
