Elaine was a very generous loving teacher with the Dayton School System for many years. I worked with her in a middle school and she taught her students measurements with cooking delicious meals for lunch. She shared the recipes with some invited teachers and her students to do at their homes. This was really important for the challenged students under her care. I remember her fondly and am sorry for your loss. Iris Carter
