THOUGH PAINFUL TO SEE OUR LOVED ONES LEAVING THIS WORLD BUT WE TAKE OUR SOLACE IN GOD ALMIGHTY, BECAUSE WE BELIEVE THERE IS ANOTHER TIME TO FELLOWSHIP WITH THE SAINT AT ETERNITY.

YOUR WORDS OF ENCOURAGEMENT AND LEGACIES WILL FOREVER REMAIN WITH US.

MAY THE SOULS OF OUR BELOVED GRANDPA CONTINUE TO REST IN PERFECT PEACE

*"Fathers are feathers with which we fly indeed"*...

My uncle, Elder Kolawole Osiyoye *is* one with Sterling qualities. *"Is"* because, his legacies are eternal. They are here and will continue to be with us till we shall meet at the resurrection morning.

He was a firm and loving man. Warm to all around him, including the Mafoluku community, where he lived at that time. His warm and fatherly disposition earned him the title, "Epa". "Epa" in the bini dialect, means, _senior man or a well-respected elder_.

Writing this tribute confers on me the dual responsibility of; one, to convey my thoughts about Epa and secondly, to ensure my tenses, I mean my grammar is not wanting, (Iaughs), otherwise Epa would have corrected them while alive, because, he was great at it. You wouldn't blame my father, he was a professional printer, who understood the details of art of printing. He understood that once the art work is out, it becomes pretty difficult and cumbersome to rectify errors due to the waste of time and money.

He was a family man. His house was home for all. I recall my living in his house shortly when I finished my secondary school. He did not only provide shelter but also the needed warmth in which we all lived happily.

Epa lives on. His legacy are here with us. May we live by them.

Sun re o!

Your son,
Olatunde Oduwole.

What a glorious home call. I've only known Baba for a few years and I can say Baba Kolawole lived a good life. He was dedicated to service in the Lord's vineyard, an inspiration and good challenge to us youth; that if baba as old as he is could attend Sunday school promptly then we can do better. Baba was kind and had the good of others at heart. He'll be greatly missed but then we are consoled that he is resting in the bosom of our Heavenly Father...we'll meet again at the feet of Jesus, till then rest peacefully.

Didun Didun lan se iranti olododo! Baba your death came as a shock to us all, considering the fact that we celebrated your 80th birthday few weeks ago but God knows best. We found solace in the fact you dedicated your life to the service of the almighty and we know you are resting with him now.

Dear Grandpa,

It’s so heartbreaking to know that having you around, especially during sunday house fellowship meetings, will no longer be possible, until we meet to part no more. You’re a strong man, fighting as a soldier of Christ till your last breath. We will forever miss you, grandpa.

Rest in Peace, Grandpa ️

TILL WE MEET AGAIN

The World just lost another gem. It's the World's loss, not ours. As much as it is sad to see you go, I am consoled you are with the Lord, resting in perfect peace. You led a good life. My childhood stories are not complete without you. You loved and served the Lord, even in your old age. You heart for God was worthy of emulation. It got me going and challenged. Sadly, life happened and I never got the opportunity for some parting words before you left. You are brilliant and full of wisdom. The walking Dictionary. Daddy Olomi, as we fondly called you, you will greatly be missed. Sleep well, till we meet to part no more.

Goodnight Pa Kolawole

We give glory to God for the life of Baba.

He was a very quiet and season child of God.  In his old age, he never missed Sunday School every Sunday.  He fully participated in the questions and answers session of the class.

He is also the host of one of our House Fellowship Class.  He served God till the end.

We appreciate God for a life well spent in the Lord.

Till we meet again on the resurrection morning

Goodnight.
