Eleanor A. "Ellie" Parks, nee Schuch, 79, of Sewell, NJ, formerly of South Harrison Twp.,  passed on June 13, 2022.

Beloved mother of John P. Parks (Dawn M.) and Stephanie N. Parks, loving grandmother of John "Philip" Parks, Jr., Christian Solina, Danielle Stoffels ( Garrett) and Candice Pennewell (Harry), devoted great grandmother of Timothy, Naomi, Thomas and Margot Stoffels, Harrison and Camille Pennewell. Dear sister of Elizabeth Pavlovski (Robert) and the late Elaine Kelty (S. Lewis). Ellie was also predeceased by her parents Peter and Elizabeth Schuch.

Ellie went to interior design school and realized she enjoyed flower design as well. She trained at Manor Lane Florist for about a year, when she finally opened her own shop in her home in 1986. She held flower arrangement classes at Masso's for the local teachers for many years.
Lamp Light Florist was her pride. She met so many people through the years at the shop and considered them family.
Being a den mom for the Cub Scouts and a Brownie assistant for the Girl Scouts was always special to her.

She was an avid sports fan and a die-hard Phillies fan. She also loved crossword puzzles. She enjoyed family gatherings every Sunday and pig roast parties at her home in the summers.

Ellie enjoyed her yard work and could stay outside weeding and watering all day. Prettiest yard in the neighborhood. It was her pride and joy. Her favorite story was how she would sit under the apple tree at her parents' home when she was young and read books all day.

We pray she is at peace now, under an apple tree, looking down on us knowing what an incredible impact she has made on so many people.

We will forever love and miss our mother, mom-mom, great grandma, aunt, sister and friend!

It was a blessing to grow up with you in my life Ellie. I remember one time you caught me playing the part of Humphrey Bogart after Bets and I watched Casablanca. It was pretty embarrassing but you just laughed that confident laugh of yours and everything was okay. In fact all the memories I have of you are good ones Ellie. I will never forget you. I miss you and wish you were still here with us today. Love Debbie
