When I was pregnant with my first baby, I had a doctor's appointment to find out the sex of the baby.  My husband coiuldnt go because of work.  I asked my dad if he wanted to go with me.  He said sure.  As the doctor started the ultrasound, I turned to my dad and he was already crying because he saw his grandbaby.  The doctor looked at me and said, "its a girl!" My dad said, "WOW, a girl??"He cried again! On the way home after the appointment, he kept saying, " Wow, a girl! Im going to have a grandaughter!" To see him so excited, made my heart feel so happy.  He was a huge part of Elizabeth's life, they had a special bond! She will forever love her grandpa

I will never forget the day I got married and my dad and I were getting ready to walk down the aisle.  As I took one step, i turned to look at my dad, and tears were running down his face.  Oh how that broke my heart.  I started to cry becasue I felt like i was breaking his heart.  We both walked down the aisle in tears.  I will always have that special moment in my heart forever! I love you daddy!
