You were so tiny and I traveled 8 hours to see you. I had big plans for us, I was going to teach you many things from football, basketball, baseball and hunting skills.
Then God changed my plans and he put his plans in. I know you there with my mom and she is watching over you.  I pray that someday we will meet up and I can hold you.
You are a child of God , a little angle. I miss you so much. You will never be forgotten you are my grandson even if was a short time. I love you! Rest until we meet ag

The Day You Were Born

I remember your Dad calling and he was excited. I bet his chest was about three times bigger. Your Dad was so Proud and glad to see you. For three days he never left your side.

Your Dad and you were going to do many things together as I recall during our conversation on the phone.

I now take comfort knowing you are with Jesus and one day soon I will see you.

Rest easy my Grandson for I will want to play all day with you.

I remember your birth like it was yesterday. We never left your side. You blessed our life in so many ways Elijah. I just wish you were here. Your big Sister misses you so so much and she talks about you everyday. You were taken to soon my little angel, but i know god has you safe and wraped in his arms. You will always be in our hearts forever. Love daddy
