Mmm four years gone already Daddy mu. Still looks like an April fool's day prankk. Some days I say to myself so my daddy is dead. I love watching hospital series as they bring back memories of you to me. We take consolation in the wonderful memories that we so cherish now. Mummy is doing all she can to keep the hospital running and our God is helping her and granting favor by bringing the Doctors. It is because of your good will that I know. Continue to rest in perfect peace. Nwada.

Dr Emezie What i remember most was your gentle voice and humorous statements. You were a statesman in the way you carried yourself and responded to people. I remember many years ago when I accompanief Obi and EK to Nkwerre it was such a great time talking to you and how kind you were in relating to my father (who had been a state assembly man) and my mom then VP of FGGCO. You exuded kindness, great cordiality and a certain dignity that was nicely showered with loving humility. You helped raise beautiful and thoughtful children, and your love and affection for them was visible. May God preserve your legacy in the generations you left behind. May what is most remembered about you bring Glory to The Name of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Amen

Dearest daddy, it is a year today that I got the dreaded phone call while at work that your long running battle with your illness was over. Ever since that day, I have missed you always, more so today as I am at work with the same staff members which has brought back the overwhelming sense of loss that I felt a year ago. A friend of mine who recently lost her dad asked me how I managed to get over loosing you? I told her that I would never ever get over your loss for as Iong as I live because you were the greatest father anyone could have wished for. My gentle daddy, continue to rest in the care of our Lord. Amen. Your Sariki

It was a year ago that Zubs placed his hands on my shoulder to gently inform me that you had passed away that Easter Monday morning. My legs gave way as I was in shock asking him if it was an April Fool's joke and running frantically to get my phone to call and confirm. Even though your health had been going down it was still unreal to me. It has been a year of ups and downs. Some days filled with laughter, some with tears. We thank God that has seen us through this year and will continue to see us through the coming years without you until we meet to part no more. Continue to rest in the bosom of our Lord and Savior. We miss you so much. Nwada

It seems like yesterday when I asked Nnaa to send me a picture as mummy had complained that your face did not look alright. Nnaa's reply was that, they had tried to wake you but you were not responding. I knew then the journey was coming to an end & not long after the call came through. I miss you everyday daddy & pray that you continue to rest in the bosom of our Lord. Ada Etete.
