November 15, 1939 – July 14, 2019Elizabeth Hobbs, age 79, of Vestavia, passed away July 14, 2019 at Aspire Physical Recovery Center in Hoover. She was preceded in death by her parents, Bill and Ellen Moore, and her brother, Bill Moore. She grew up in Pratt City and was a cheerleader at Ensley High School.Elizabeth is survived by her three children David Hobbs (Kathy), Kim Murphy (Ed), and Mary Hobbs (Scott), her five grandchildren, Chase Murphy, Micah Murphy (Madison), David Hobbs (Lauren), Alex Hobbs and Sterling Hobbs, her five great-grandchildren, Logan Murphy, McKenzie Murphy, Mary Kate Murphy, Cole Murphy and Ella Grace Murphy, a sister Irene Whiddon (Jack), and a number of special nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
