"Dear Aunt Elizabeth (Buba), you were always fun and such a delight to be with. You always reminded me of Mama Lizzie when I saw you. Heaven is rejoicing upon your reuniting with Juanita, Mary Ann and Hunter. Love, Philip"
"My sweet Buba, you were always such fun, and I loved you very much. I named my favorite doll baby, Buba. Will always hold you in my heart until I see again with the rest of our family. I know you must be singing in Heaven's choir."
"Dear Elizabeth, cousin, Our family has almost gone...I am still around at 94, just 12 days older than you. I send my sympathy to those who are left of your family. Blessings to each, Pansy F. Dodson"
