As I write this my eyes fill with tears. Thank you ma for EVERYTHING you taught me over the years. I remember the exact day that God blessed me with you, your smile, your wisdom, and my 4 amazing brothers Atiba, Tundy, Dana, and Moe! I have NOTHING but fond memories of 385 and the studio that I lived in while I lived with you. During that time you taught me how to be a man, you help me with all the tough love to transition into the man I am today. You accepted me, encouraged, me, and love me as only you can. Not a day goes by that I don't think of you. I remember the day you purchased your Mercedes benz, you told me to ALWAYS reach for better, always strive to be better. I thank you for your support and being at just about EVERY concert I sung at while I was singing with the gospel choirs I sung with. And I remember sing at the McDonalds gospel fest and when we won, and they opened the curtain to announce we had won, of all the thousands of people there, I saw you, and the look of love and pride you had on our face. Ive said goodbye to your body, but I still speak to your spirit as it does me! I love you and miss you and all the wisdom you've shared with me ive passed down to my children. Rest Ma! You've so earned your wings!

It is said that God takes the sting away but the memory still remains. We mention you often and smile and Praise the wonderful person you were and the Angel you are now. I always saw that hallo above your head. Those we love are absent from the embrace of our arms but remain in our hearts.

Ella, our angel please know that some people pass through this world, and leave it just as they found it. But you took the time to do special things for others, the years between that dash (-) represents all the beautiful things you brought to our lives.
And I for one am so “Blessed” that you touched my life.
Thank you Ella, for all you did; I'm so glad some one like you could help me to get through it. I'll always think of you with a glad and grateful heart, for loving me and showing that you cared.
Thank you for hugging me in my time of despair.

Sometimes, my way seemed low, and I couldn't see the road,
I asked the question, “Lord, Why so much pain?”
But, He knew what was best for me, more than my tired old
eyes could ever see. But I just said,
“Thank You Lord, I Won't Complain!”
Now, as I am sitting here, where the streets are paved with
GOLD, where the CHOIR sings and LOVE just flows, I just
say,
“Thank You Lord, I Don't Complain!”
There are friends up here who I have not seen in years,
