Uncle Herb, So sorry that we couldn't be there with you. We loved you and Aunt Elnore so much. Will be continuing in prayer for you. Carrieanne and Elnore will be together this thanksgiving, and we'll be sad and hurting but will see them again one. Praise God!

Uncle Ralph, I am so glad that I met you and Mrs. Elnore. She was the kindest person I have ever met. I will miss her so mush. The talks we had about shelling peas and the garden, I will never forget. I love you both as much as I would love any aunt and uncle I had. I'm always here if you need me.

Herb, you and Elnore were a special blessing in the lives of my parents. They loved you dearly. The excitement of cooking dinners for each other, sharing fresh vegetables from each other’s gardens, and just being together thrilled them.  One of my father’s favorite verses that comforts me was Psalms 16:11b, “In thy presence is fullness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”  May God comfort you, Herb, richly with his abiding love during this difficult time of the loss of your precious wife, Elnore.

I am so grateful for the opportunity to know you both as neighbors, friends, and church members. When we moved to this area years ago, you were kind to strangers far from our own family. Miss Elnore will always have a special place in my heart, and it hurts just knowing that I will not see her again until heaven. Thank you for your kindness, Mr. Gore, in allowing us to be a part of your lives. We love you. - Dorinda and Garry Purser
