We are here to celebrate your life
And the measure of its worth
And every single life you touched
While you were on this earth.
We wish to pay our last respects.
That’s why we all are here,
To thank you for your friendship
And all the memories we hold dear.
It’s been a privilege to have known you.
We were family, not just friends,
And we will carry you in spirit
Until we meet up once again.

Tribute to my father, my hero, a legend and a gentleman

Daddy, you are my hero, a legend, one of a kind. The lives you have touch make your absence difficult to contain and the void immeasurable. You showed us how to live a reputable life, how to cherish the simple things of life, how to live a sacrificial life and the values of an honourable man.
Thank you for the lessons of life you gave me. Thank you for the discipline that made me who I am today. Thank you for the support and encouragement when life threw me a curveball. Thank you for the times you shared in my pain. Thank you for the wisdom you impacted in me.

In my grief and sadness, I remember your words “Be humble, love family, show kindness but most importantly, fear God”. These, I will never forget but keep to heart. Daddy, you taught me so much and I miss you everyday. I saw your sacrifice, your love and your strength. I will never forget. Your absence hurts but “yet a little while” and we will meet again at the feet of Jesus.
Adieu papa.

Tribute to an Icon

The continued absence of that radiance in your voice and eyes which defines your personality confirms to us all that amiable 'Brother Ade' as you were popularly called has really gone! How we miss the fun and relaxed ambience your presence naturally creates!! Who would have thought that today, we would be gathered to say goodbye to our own dear, amiable
brother -in- law Engr. Johnson Adewale Adegbulugbe!!
Ever since you came into the Akintunde family by your marriage to your beloved wife, Mrs. Abimbola Tomike I. Adegbulugbe (nee Akintunde) more than 4 decades ago, our fathers (of blessed memories) had taken and treated you like a son, and in that stead we all accorded you that respect which transcend you from an in-law to a brother, and a very reliable one at that.
You were full of wisdom and your
life transforming advise and admonitions were great assets to anyone you so kindly rendered them to. You corrected subtly, you loved warmly, your hands were generous and you were endowed with the kindest heart God had to offer to man.
As difficult as it is to accept that the dependable pillar of support to our sister has gone to be with the Lord, we take consolation in the legacy and impartation you had on our sister, your children, our entire family and the society at large.
In all, we thank the Almighty God that you had a very peaceful transition to glory. Such is the death of the righteous and we believe that you are truly resting in the bosom of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour.
Adieu Engineer Johnson Adewale Adegbulugbe.

                TRIBUTE TO DADDY.
Daddy, you practically took me as your biological daughter, although you were biologically my uncle.

You fondly called me “Ronkus -Baby” with a distinct smile always. While I always jokingly replied and referred to you as “Omo Bami Mase Ganganna” (meaning the son of a perfectionist).

I remembered in December 2003, during one of my usual holidays in your house at Lagos. You and I visited your elder brother, Late Daddy Festus. In his words he said he was happy that even before his passing away I already knew whom my 2nd Dad was, he told you that death could come at any time, he was confident that you will look after all his children in his absence. You carried out his request to the last letter. Since the passing away of Daddy Festus in 2008. You have always been there for us and personally I could not ask for more from a father.

In your last discussion with me before you slept in the Lord, you spoke about the wellbeing of all the children of Daddy Festus and the properties he left behind. Also, in that discussion, you prepared my mind for your transition to rest in the Lord. You told me in clear terms that you were fulfilled. I appealed to you to please ask God to grant you more years as I cited the example of King Hezekiah in the bible whom the Lord granted additional 14 years. You did not yield to my appeal because you have achieved a lot on earth. You practically exhibited your principle of being contended in life. Your last discussion with me, gave me a 100% conviction that you finished the race well and you are resting in the bosom of the Lord, your God whom you trusted whole heartedly.

Words are highly insufficient to describe all that you stood for and thought us, which includes: - You were a very easy-going Dad, peaceful, exceedingly kind, selfless, always available, an exceptionally good listener, a great encourager, always happy with a deep smile, a very dedicated family man, a very contended man, a reliable friend, highly health and safety conscious, and a follower of Jesus Christ.

Although I was born in Kano, most of what I knew about the Ondo Ekinmogun Kingdom and the wider Adegbulugbe dynasty family tree was from you, as you spared your time and imbibed that knowledge in me.

I must confess that your departure from this world to rest in the bosom of the Lord your God has shown me how difficult it is to mourn even as a Christian that has a hope of meeting you again at the feet of Christ. I still shed tears today and regularly since you passed away because I will forever miss you Daddy. This will be my 1st journey to Nigeria with the reality that you will not be there for me. You can never be replaced in my heart.

“Sun re o Daddy, Omo Bami Mase Ganganna”.
Dr. Ronke Adegbulugbe.

Egi Johnson, leaving us at this time without bidding us farewell was indeed painful and a great loss. The news about your departure was so surprising. Your passage was not only sudden but came as a rude shock to us. No one could fathom that this was going to happen but our God reigns and He is unquestionable.

Sir J, an epitome of Peace; A unique man, a brother indeed, easy going, always avoiding trouble and ready to assist in every situation.

Your marriage to aunty was full of bliss and worthy of emulation, as I always admire the friendship between you both and thus modelled mine accordance. For all the love, the care, the prayers, the advices, the gist and everything that you do for me, I will greatly miss you.

Egi Johnson, you have done your part and have gone to be with your creator.
May the Lord God Almighty console your Wife, Children and members of the family you left behind.

Uncle Johnson,

I still can’t believe I am writing a tribute because of your passing. Words cannot describe this difficult moment, but if this is the last time I get to say goodbye then I know I will do so with the knowledge that I consider myself blessed to have lived this life as your nephew.

You touched so many lives by your selfless and countless acts of kindness, always giving and never expecting any favours in return. Your dedication to a cause was what set you apart. For every institution you worked for, you laid the path for others to succeed.

Uncle, you were and will always be an inspiration to myself, the entire family and anyone who worked with you. You have left a void in the family that will be difficult to fill.

While we mourn today, we also take comfort in the fact that your mission on earth have been fulfilled. We thank the Lord for your life and bid you farewell until we meet again

Sir J, the news of your death was a shock because about a week earlier to your death, you and I discussed the funeral arrangements of our Mom( Yem Sabainah Fadayomi).
Sir J was a peace ambassador. You were always filled with love, happiness and loads of goodwill. You were infact a positive impact to the family at large.
We'd be grateful for your support, guidance and encouragement. Till we meet to part no more.

Dad Adegbulugbe, a Christian Icon of the Engineering Profession

No family could possibly have wished for a better informed, caring, faithful or more enthusiastic husband, father and grand father than Engr Johnson Adewale Adegbulugbe, a great alumnus of Saint Joseph’s College (SJC), Ondo. The world of engineering will be much the poorer without his wise counsel and encouragement. Engr. Johnson Adewale Adegbulugbe (C.ENG, FNSE.), 75 years old, born on February 19, 1946, who passed away on April 15, 2021 was a noble man with a heart of gold. As a Christian husband he was supportive loving caring and they enjoyed each other’s company, he will leave a massive void. Dad Adegbulugbe had the ‘infectious ability to brighten even the darkest day.'

Everyone who was fortunate to get to know Dad Adegbulugbe soon realised he was a larger than life character with a renewing Christian sense of humour; full of fun and energy with a prayerful and happy-go-lucky approach to life. I came to know Dad and Mum Adegbulugbe and their family as the pioneer Chaplain, Chapel of Christ the Light (Interdenominational), Alausa, Ikeja. Dad Adegbulugbe was a pioneer member of the Men’s Fellowship, Chapel of Light the Christ. He contributed immensely to the purchase of the first set of the Chapel’s musical instrument and the building of Chaplain’s manse. In one of my recent calls to Mum, almost a week to Dad s ascension, Dad spoke to me on phone. He said, "My Rev, please, talk to mummy to give more time to her project. I want her to complete it successfully. She is too concern about me. Please, help me to persuade her. I will be okay. I don't want anything to stop her completing the programme. Please help her." I never knew dad was only given me his last word.

Helping people is what Dad Adegbulugbe loved doing and would often go out of his way to help anyone. He was totally selfless, which is why he was dearly loved by his many friends and indeed within the community where he was more fondly known as ‘Daddy Aguda.’ Dad Adegbulugbe was a unique person, an extremely talented businessman and entrepreneur, a pioneer, a visionary, an innovator and, at the same time, a dedicated family man, a caring, fun person to be around, kind-hearted, caring, easy-going, peaceful, wonderful husband, great dad, loving grandpa.

Please remember mummy, children, grandchildren and the entire family in prayer.

Very Rev Dr Deji Okegbile, Nigerian Methodists Chaplaincy, United Kingdom.

I was very devastated to hear of the loss of my big brother, Egin Johnson. In loving memory, I think of things you used to say and all that you would do in integrity and respect. In my quiet moments, my thoughts recall how you encourage me to always keep moving forward in my endeavors. To lose you is very painful indeed. Though you have transcended from this world, you will never be forgotten in my heart. So sleep on big brother ! until the joyous day arrives that we shall meet again.

Tribute to Nobilitas Engineer Adegbulugbe

Nobilitas Adegbulugbe was a great alumnus of Saint Joseph's College (SJC) Ondo. Indeed, he was an ambassador of Saint Joseph's College per excellence! When he was younger, he devoted his resources, both financial and in kind to the services of SJC OBA. His commitment was genuine and exemplary. Nobilitas Adegbulugbe excelled academically and was an icon of the engineering profession. Inspite of his success and achievements, he was humble and amiable with a most caring heart. He was a role model for all Nobilitas both old and young to follow. Dear Nobilitas,we are proud of you! Even as you physically depart, we celebrate your legacy! We bless the Lord for making you a product of our great Alma mater- SJC! We will miss you greatly; the class of 1965/1966 will miss you more.

TRIBUTE TO ENGR. JOHNSON ADEWALE ADEGBULUGBE

The news of the transition of my cousin, Engr. Johnson Adewale Adegbulugbe came to me as a rude shock. Since our days in elementary school, All Saints primary school, Ondo, we have been very close. We were both athletes in the school, competing in 100 yards race. Both of us would be selected to represent the school in the race. Johnson was always leading and he would end up representing the school in the Ondo sports festival also known as Empire Day celebration. He was always winning laurels for our school then.
He was also very intelligent in school. We lost contact after primary school until we met in Lagos around 1982 as adults when we both joined Ondo Dolfa Club. He was a very nice compassionate man. He was a good Christian who loved and served the Lord.
My condolence to the family. May his soul rest in perfect peace. Amen.

GLORIOUS EXIT OF AN ICON
TRIBUTE TO DOLFITE ENGR JOHNSON ADEWALE ADEGBULUGBE

Ondo Dolfa club received the news of the demise of our great indefatigable member Dolfite Engr. Johnson Adewale Adegbulugbe with awe and trepidation. His exit on April 15 2021, less than a month after we congratulated him on his 75 years birthday on March 19, 2021 was bewildering and devastating. That was to be our last formal communication with him.
Dolfite Johnson Adegbulugbe otherwise known as Sir J or Ade J. was a pioneer member of Ondo Dolfa Club formed in Lagos in 1982 as a rallying point of friends with the same ancestral heritage.
He was the first vice president of the club and soon after became the second president. He steered the affairs of the club creditably well. He later became an important reference point, a legend and the man behind the scene of most of the noble monumental achievements of the club, until his demise. He initiated and became the Administrator of the club’s whatsapp group which became a veritable vehicle of keeping members in touch and together particularly during the horrible pandemic lockdown.
He was a self made man who achieved greatness in life by a dint of hard work and the grace of the Almighty God.
He was a product of the first generation of homegrown Electronics Engineer from the famous University of Ife, now OAU. He creditably accomplished himself as an Electronics Engineer who made his debut and contribution to the Telecommunication industry. He rapidly gained strides locally and globally earning himself a distinguished life of success, excellence and integrity.
His legacies and beliefs will be held high like a banner and will serve as beacon of hope to generations that will grace this space of existence hereafter. A quintessential man who despite his status in the various international conglomerates where he held sway, had no chips on his shoulder. He was incredibly humble, intelligent, amiable, humane and urbane.
“If I can help somebody as I pass along, then my living shall not be in vain” - Rudyard Kipling
Sir J. was a philanthropist who assisted many students through the endowment of scholarship scheme and academic prize awards in his Alma mater, St. Joseph’s college, Ondo and in the school attended by one of his sons in Lagos.
He supported many needy members of Ondo Dolfa club and the larger society. He always defended these gestures as a way of giving back out of the abundant blessings of God to him especially the various scholarships he enjoyed from secondary school through the university and his post graduate education.
He copiously highlighted this on page 88 of the book he authored in 2019 titled “My Favorite Hymns and Memoirs” citing 1 cor.4:7 – “what hath thou, that you did not receive” and Psalm 41:1- “Blessed is he that consider the poor, the Lord will deliver him in time of trouble”. As the saying goes –
The joy of life in a loved one is immeasurable, while the pain of death is unexplainable, but the knowledge of salvation is the balm that relieves.
God only takes the best.
A golden heart stopped beating
Your tender hands at rest
God took you home to prove to us
That he only takes the best.
While death takes the body,
God takes the soul.
Our mind holds the memory
Our hearts keep the love
While our faith impresses on us
That we will meet again to part no more
Our consolation is that our friend, Sir J, has this message for those of us left to celebrate his passage –
“I heard the voice of Jesus say
Come unto me and rest,
Lay down thy head upon my breast
Weary and worn and sad.
I found in him a resting place
And he made me glad” –
By Horatus Bornar 1808 - 1889

Life is the sum of our choices and destiny. Each moment in a day has its own value, Morning brings hope, Afternoon brings faith, Evening brings Love and Night brings rest. Same goes for the phases in our lives. Sir J., your night has come and we pray that your gentle soul will rest in peace. Amen.
He lived an exemplary family life demonstrating his profound love for his wife, children and grand children raising them in the fear of the Lord. He was a believer and a member of the strong Men choir of the MFM headquarters in Lagos where he worshipped with his wife Mrs. Abimbola Adegbulugbe, a Pastor and leader of the hospital and healing ministry. The Lord will bless them all, Amen.
At this juncture we wish to commiserate with our current and sitting President Dolfite Captain Robert Oluwagbemi Adegbulugbe (aka Bob) the immediate junior brother of the deceased on this humongous loss of unquantifiable proportion. They lived and behaved like twins, a filial symbolism of “5 and 6” relationship. They were in deed very close. The regular “Omoyemi” greeting sobriquet between them had been adopted by the entire club as a unifying euphemism of love and brotherhood amongst us. God will comfort Bob and endow him with the strength and wisdom to take up the leadership mantle of the Adegbulugbe dynasty. God will bless him with long life and good health.
Sir J lived a good life that radiated a brightness that will never go dim and even now as he rests in eternal glory, the brilliance of his glow will forever brighten our hearts.
It is true that the world is a stage and we are all here to act our parts. Here was a man who acted his parts well and distinguished himself professionally, socially and spiritually.
O death where is thy sting? O grave where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin, and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, for as much as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord – 1 cor. 15: 55 – 58 Amen.
As we commend his soul to the bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ, we pray for a peaceful eternal rest for him and may light perpetual shine forever on his gentle soul. Amen.
Adieu, Dolfite Johnson Adewale Adegbulugbe (Sir J.)

It was with a great shock that I received the sad and sudden news of the death of our amiable "brother Ade" as we fondly called him.
I pray the Almighty grant his soul eternal rest.
He lived a life worthy of emulation.
He impacted many lives positively during his active years.
His generosity is unparalleled.
He was an optimist party excellence, a lover of God, who lived a life of indescribable humility.
I pray the good Lord to grant the family the fortitude to bear this great loss and fill the void created by his demise.

The candle light has been extinguished!
Ade Jay,as my late husband used to call you, left us unceremoniously, suddenly, unexpectedly, unprepared and unannounced. You were my late husband's course mate in the former University of Ife,Ile Ife turned bosom friend and best man during our wedding.Your friendship lasting many decades was ignited from the university days until death separated both of you.

You were not daunted by the Covid 19 pandemic lockdown as you organised all your former mates to raise funds for Engr Bodunde Alani Fasoro's funeral and your magnanimity you made another personal donation. You became a father figure to us.You took it upon yourself to contact the children as you would do to your own biological children.
You were a friend indeed!

Our Daddy Aguda will be forever missed but my consolation is that he has gone to rest in the bossom of our Lord Jesus.

It seems surreal that he is gone.

I grew to know him as 'Daddy Aguda'. The alias did not change much, even when the family later relocated from aguda. He also called me by the nickname 'A-tu-ne 'for most of the time.

He was always available , approachable and simple.

He was genuinely interested in our strides, seeking to offer guidance and always telling interesting stories about the times of his youthful days.

I will miss him.

May he continue to rest in the bossom of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen

I SAY GOOD BYE TO MY AFFABLE FRIEND--MR. JOHNSON ADEGBULUGBE

Johnson and I met when my father the Late High Chief S. A. Oladapo Erstwhile Lisa of Ondo whisked me from Saint Jude School Ebute-Metta, Lagos to All Saints School, Ogbonkowo, Ondo.  Johnson took me on as a friend and was one of my best friends. I recall the names of some of our compatriots such as Akinsade Johnson, Late Miss Tomike Awosika and Late Elizabeth Akingba--etc. That was about 1955 to 1956. He was one of those friends who made my stay at All Saints School pleasant in the midst of our good but fearful principal- Chief Adetuyi of blessed memory.

We both moved on to Saint Joseph’s College, Ondo in 1960. In all the schools (primary & secondary), Johnson was almost the best student academically except in Saint Joseph’s, where our mutual friend, Late Mr. Mutairu Oyeneyin was undoubtedly the best. Both Johnson and Matairu passed the WASC in flying colours after spending 5 years while most others spent 6years including the writer. Johnson was a good sportsman both on the field and track. There was no sport that Johnson was not good at, including football.

Johnson has an impeccable character and was a good example of a man without blemish who in fact ordered his life according to God’s principles. A highly cerebral personality who was always at home with both young and old. He would stop at nothing to make people around him very happy. He was a man of high integrity who was always happy to assist friends.

We might not see for years, but we had mutual respect for each other and are proud of one another. I was in fact friendly with him during the period he was at Marubeni in Victoria Island where he rose to the top of his career being a hardworking and easy-going man who could not hurt a fly but went about doing good wherever he found himself.

I commit the wife, children and the grand children to the hands of God. We cannot forget a friend like Johnson as his good works will follow him to eternity.

Adieu Ade J, my good friend till we meet to part no more.

Your memory will be cherished forever.

May you find rest in the bosom of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen

Death, the debt all mankind will pay.
I wept when I heard the news of your passing. But I know you have gone to be with the Lord away from this corrupt world.
It would have hurt me more if I hadn't seen you before your passing. Thank you for being one of the few who showed me the path to fellowship with God. Every holiday with you was a moment for me to understand that we must have fellowship with God.
I will miss you but I'll see you soon and Dimeji too.

Why do we have to say goodbye now !!!!Daddy, you filled up those spaces when it mattered what an icon you are and will be forever missed. But am glad to have had the opportunity of connecting with you after a long while. You were a man of peace, good will and integrity and this legacy you have laid, forever lives on and we the FÁLOPÉ's will heavily miss you.

You always called me "Eku tontolo" from my childhood days even when we met in year 2020 you still called me the name. "Tontolo" is all grown now but finding it hard to believe you already left this sinful world and the memories are endless that I burst into tears again. But I hope that if the things that are done on earth were done in heaven, you most have met DI2 my dad by now to cook up one or more electronics gadgets.

I pray God gives Mummy and the entire family the strength to bare the loss.

Till we meet at Jesus's feet. Adieu Daddy.

Ode to Pa Engr Johnson Adewale Adegbulugbe FNSE.

How do we say good night to our father, uncle, brother, friend and husband to our dear sister Abimbola of our Hospital and Healing Ministry
It was not sheer coincidence that we held our after service-meetings in same hall every Sunday, which gave us opportunity to see and exchanged greetings at times.
Seeing you served God with your talents (voice) at that age, still a huge lesson to emulate.
We are grateful for your support to our ministry in no small measure.
You were an embodiment of humility, selflessness and service to God.
You loved and helped every one that crossed your path, immediate or extended.
Our joy and thanksgiving to God, is that you have gone to re-unite with your maker, where we shall all meet to part no more.
We are comforted by the words of the Lord“ For to me life is Christ, death is profit. Phil 1:21
Our thoughts and prayers to God at this time, is for Him to comfort, protect and uphold the entire family, especially our dear Sister and the children.
Goodnight to a fine servant and lover of God.

The new of your sudden death came as a rude shock and has remained so up to this moment. We are sad and devastated.

Your death reminded us of the fact that death is inevitable and a journey everyone would take. Because if Living is absolutely all about - quality of life, access to good and lovely care, fear of God, fulfillment and life achievement, then death has no reason to beckon on you because your life is full of divine beauty and colours. You are surrounded by people who dearly loves you and can do anything within their capacity to guarantee that you live. But it is Said that the righteous is called home by the Lord for everlasting peace . ( Issiah 57: 1&2 ). And in this we are consoled.

As a " family " , we considered ourselves blessed for having being part of your life history on earth, for having loved you and for having been loved by you. We say this with much pride and gratitude to the almighty.

We cherish the time we are opportuned to spend with you and the amazing memories you left behind. You have indeed touched so many lives by your selfless and countless acts of kindness. You exhibit joyful countenance whenever we have opportunity to be around you.we can never have enough of you.

Daddy, though your soul has departed this world, you will always remain in our hearts.

Adieu daddy,

Ademola, Oluyemisi Akintunde & Children.

I was shocked when I heard of your demise. I miss you already. Your home is my second home. When I was unemployed and staying in your house, you kept encouraging me to be happy despite the situation at the time. The few contacts who you thought could help, you had me send my CVs to them. I miss the days we used to go to MFM midweek services together. Anytime I inform you I want to go to an unfamiliar area in Lagos at the time, you used to draw the description from house to the location for me on a sheet of paper. I still do that today. You lived a good, quiet and happy life. I am consoled with the knowledge that you slept in the Lord. We cannot sorrow like those who have no hope. See you on the resurrection morning.

Goodnight sir.

I have known Johnson Adegbulugbe (aka: Ade J) since 1968 at UNIFE in Ibadan Campus,I was in the PRELIM CLASS and he was in Part 1, in the prestigious and elite Electrical and Electronic Engineering Department. Out of 120 students admitted for Prelim A (Physical Sciences), at UNIFE in 1968 only 60 will be admitted to part 1 ; no class repeat, no reference, no carry-over. About 13 of us were fresh from secondary schools, the rest had had a higher level of education like A Level, HSC, Technical Diploma, OND, HND etc.
Ade J was my lesson teacher, who helped me and two others through our first year.
When he graduated, he was employed by NET (NIGERIA EXTERNAL TELECOM LTD) and later by Marubeni Corporation. He encouraged me to switch from Ministry of Works to Ministry of Communications .
Several years later, in our search for salvation we met again in MFM Ministries where he has been a pillar in the house of God.
Ade J is a kind and likeable person, easy going, always ready to help. Above all, he is a godly person who has attained a higher spiritual knowledge of the present world and the life after.
May God almighty grant him eternal rest in His bosom. Amen!!!

Adieu papa.

TRIBUTE TO MY FATHER AND MENTOR

May 10, 2021
My father, Johnson Adewale Adegbulugbe, “Daddy” as I call him was a good man, he thought us all to be steadfast, trust God and never to get too big to serve in the vineyard of our creator. He was a man of very modest lifestyle and expressions. He believed your works should speak and your voice not necessarily heard.

He always drove us to be better and to live a balanced life. In his words “never rob Peter to pay Paul”. He was a man of excellence and ensured we performed on every task and project to the best of our abilities and resource available per time.

Daddy was a man of peace, a bridge builder across various strata and generations, he was a lover of God. He served God to the very end and never sought other ways outside of God. I will simply call him a man of God.

Professionally he was an astute engineer, enjoyed the company of his colleagues and was always eager to learn from younger professionals. In business he was a trailblazer, not too much of a risk taker and exhibited unrivaled integrity in his business and partnerships. This I know having worked with him in business and professionally.

He was open to the merger of the good in our culture and its integration to modernization essential for growth and development. I never saw Daddy disrespect any man or woman irrespective of age and status. He thought us independence and severally reminded me “no one owes me anything in life”. This has helped me express gratitude for all the little and not so little favours I have received at every point in my life.

Daddy never put anyone under pressure, he often said “it is not how fast but how well”. I am proud to always call you father and mentor. I love you Daddy to eternity.

I sure would miss your advices, your calm and the selfless service to me, your family and friends.

Adieu Daddy

TRIBUTE FROM THE CHILDREN

April 20, 2021
Daddy, Nothing is the same without you.
Silent are the hearts that love you.
Living here without you is the hardest of all.
Your heart was kind and true, and when we needed someone we could always count on you.
We will miss the silent moments of wisdom you often shared with us that paved ways through the maze of life.
It is said "A man is not dead while his name continues to be spoken"
Your name (Sir J) will continue to ring out from the lips of all the people whose lives you impacted over the years, while we take solace in these words:-
"To live in hearts we leave behind is not to die".
As the Sun eventually rises behind every cloud of rain, we will think of the many things you did for us and with heads held high, we will continue to strive to be worthy of your name.
“Silently, one by one, in the infinite meadows of heaven, blossomed the lovely stars, the forget-me-nots of the angels.”
Adieu Sir J, Adieu Daddy- Forever in our hearts.
