I met Eric while stationed in San Antonio. He was a great medic, friend and Co-worker. He was always there when you needed him. He will be missed.

The news took me by surprise, and saddened me as knowing I wasn't on a favorites list, however you always had everyone around you to include me laughing or smiling. You made lots of memories and I still tell stories of our time we spent together. It's never good hearing about the passing of a Brother, you will forever be remembered, and my hats off to you and your accomplishments in your life. My thoughts and prayers go out to your Family. Rest peacefully, I'll be knocking them out for you.

I met Eric working at st Vincent’s east. There are so many stories I could tell. He was my best friend. Never failed to make somebody else smile, always offered help. We always checked up on each other even though he worked respiratory and I worked in different units. He always found a way to make me and others around us smile. He truly had a heart of gold. I can’t believe this is even real. That your really not here anymore. Fly high !

Damn brother, seems like yesterday we were graduating from Basic in KY and then being stationed there together was amazing. I’m sorry that my Army career made us distant but know you’ve always been a part of my conversations! Rest easy brother, I have your SIX!

Hospital pals!

I met Eric working at Lompoc hospital! His RT partner, him, and myself would just have such a fun time together. During down times we would just sit together and laugh and make fun of each other. If there was a code blue at the hospital, knowing that they were there would make me feel more comfortable. Getting coffees for each other and enjoying our time together we’re some of the greatest memories I had there with him.
Soon after I got to meet Katie and his two VERY energetic boys!!! I would go over to their home and bring blenders with me (I was starting to be known as the blenders lady LOL). Eric was also the reason why I love blackheart and Dr Pepper together. Every time I drink it, all I can do is remember that night with the kids and getting to chat with Eric and Katie and feeling soooo grateful that I had friends like these!
Eric, my wonderful, funny, and sarcastic friend, I will miss you dearly! You were always making me laugh and I can’t believe you’re gone. I love you friend! Please watch over us and your wonderful family. When we meet again, I’ll bring the blackheart and Dr Pepper!
